Typical day with beginner lessons
Meet at surf spot (or pick up if you don’t have transport), flexibility dependant upon tides, weather conditions and what they do (schedule)
Go through routine exercises relating to paddling, the spring, stance to ride the wave on the beach
Broken down into steps both on the beach & put into practice in the water.
First starting really tiring so important to go between the beach exercise, rest and then back into water
